What is ADHD?

Most people think that they know what ADHD is, and most people are wrong. It is a complex neurological condition that results in outstanding strengths and debilitating weakness. People with ADHD have smart, fast, sparkling minds but struggle with organising, working memory, time management and planning. ADHD brains work very differently to neurotypical brains leaving them struggling to be motivated and competent in a neurotypical world. However, in the right environment they can shine.

Testimonials

I was managing a large project for work with tight deadlines and could  see that my ADHD was really getting in the way.

I knew that I needed help. I contacted ADHD Life Support and the coaching that I received gave me such clarity.

I gained an understanding of my timeblindness and how my perfectionism made it so hard for me to meet deadlines.

This coaching has made me an infinitely better manager of projects.

I no longer stress about the risk of failing as I now better understand how my ADHD brain works.

Lyn at ADHD LifeSupport  is truly amazing! I have recommended her to others, and will continue to do so.

I am so unbelievably grateful for her assistance, understanding and empathy.

It's the first time somebody has really recognised what I go through - and I am starting to understand myself better, and not feel all that guilt or shame about who I am.

I wish I had started this process years ago. I have tried so many counsellors, therapists etc, but I never felt I could move forward - now I can.

Please, even if you just suspect you or your child may have ADHD, just contact Lyn.

My whole life is improving every day.

Jo

Lyn’s coaching has helped me realise that I’m not a failure.

I am just different in a world built by neurotypicals.

Just knowing that is a huge relief and it has eased my shame and self-blame.

Lyn’s coaching has helped me realise my strengths and to stop judging myself by neurotypical rules.

It has been life changing!

Paul
