About ADHD
Most people think that they know what ADHD is and most are wrong. It is a complex condition that is sometimes defined as a 'paradoxical combination of outstanding strengths and debilitating weaknesses.
People with ADHD have smart, fast, sparkly brains but struggle with many aspects of life including, organising, working memory, time management and planning.

Our brains work very differently to neurotypical brains and this can leave us struggling to manage competently in a neurotypical world. However, in the right environment we can shine.

This is why understanding your ADHD and ADHD coaching can be so powerful.

We offer a no charge consultation so you can talk to an ADHD expert about your ADHD, executive functioning, ADHD advocacy for school and Uni, parental support and how ADHD coaching works. You can book a time that suits you below.

We need to overcome the notion that we must be regular. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary and leads you to the mediocre.

Success Stories
Lyn at ADHD LifeSupport is truly amazing! I have recommended her to others, and will continue to do so.
I am so unbelievably grateful for her assistance, understanding and empathy.
It's the first time somebody has really recognised what I go through - and I am starting to understand myself better, and not feel all that guilt or shame about who I am.
I wish I had started this process years ago. I have tried so many counsellors, therapists etc, but I never felt I could move forward - now I can.
Please, even if you just suspect you or your child may have ADHD, just contact Lyn.
My whole life is improving every day.
